The vacuum bottle product process is composed of bottle cap, shoulder sleeve, vacuum pump and piston, which are used by air pressure. The matching sprinkler has a chicken tip (all plastic or anodized aluminum), and the duck tip is covered with a layer of plastic.

The lotion bottle consists of a cap, a shoulder sleeve, a lotion pump, a piston, and most of them have a hose inside. They are mostly made of outer acrylic and inner PP. The cover is made of external acrylic and internal ABS.

The internal components of the perfume bottle are glass outer aluminum (do not rotate according to the rotation of the bottle cap), PP bottle (small injections are all PP), and glass drip irrigation. The liner of the perfume bottle is mostly glass and PP. Use glass for large capacity, because the storage time is longer, PP is suitable for short-term storage of small capacity. Most PCTA and PETG are fragrance free.

The aluminum-plastic hose is made of PE material inside and aluminum packaging outside. and used for offset printing. Roll up after cutting. According to the tube head, it can be divided into round tube, flat tube and oval tube.

Cream bottles, caps, stoppers, gaskets, pump heads and dust caps that are usually used in cosmetic containers with thick walls are injection molded; PET blow molding is two-step molding, tube blank is injection molding, and finished packaging is blow molding forming. Others, such as lotion bottles and wash bottles with thinner-walled containers, are blown.

PET material is an environmentally friendly material with high barrier properties, light weight, non-breaking properties, chemical resistance, and strong transparency. Can be made into pearlescent, colored, magnetic white and transparent. It is widely used in gel water. bottle

Acrylic is an injection-molded bottle with poor chemical resistance. Generally, it cannot be directly filled with paste. It needs to be plugged by an inner tank. Filling is not easy to overfill, preventing paste from entering between the inner tank and the acrylic bottle. Cracking, high packaging requirements during transportation, especially obvious after scratches, high air permeability, thick sensory upper wall, but the price is quite expensive.
